Losingit2018 1,170 Posted May 2, 2018 I have UHC as well. My surgeon submitted my paperwork on a Tuesday afternoon about 3 PM. I was approved the following morning by 10 AM. There are most likely variables so yours may take longer but, I don't think that they take very long at all if you have met their criteria. Good luck!
