Just out of curiosity how big is the plate? I’m 6days post op and trying to wrap my head around using smaller plates.

I use a saucer plate. Just trying to keep it interesting. I plan on trying new things all the time but lean Protein with fruits and veggies is my primary focus.

Thanks so much. ! I love BBQ to! I’ll have to come up with something low cal & healthy in that category as well. So many options to choose from. I love it!
