Hi all,

Any suggestions for ready to drink Protein Shakes made with Stevia instead of Splenda. I don't do well with Splenda (headaches, etc.)

My dr suggested making shakes with whey powder, unsweetened almond milk & 1/2 a banana. You could add your own sweetener to it.

Sounds lovely, how about say 1/2 a ripe peach? Learned back in my earlier baking days a tiny bit of almond extract enhances the taste of cherry🍒 or peach 🍊pies.🍝
