I'm having trouble getting the required amounts of liquids. It takes me almost an entire day to drink one shake. Yesterday was better and I ate Soup and took a nice long walk and was able to drink close to two bottles of Water.< /p>

Yes, getting the 64 ounces down has been almost impossible. I tried some clear noodles today felt like they got stuck and gave me chest pains...
