I have my 1st support group meeting this week. Im kinda nervous. What do I say?? Ive never been to one of these before. anyone have some experience they can share with me? thanks a million

You dont have to say ANYTHING! Your just there to learn a little. You will be fine. Its very relaxed. Just hang out and have a good time listerning.

Our group goes around the circle and everyone says who they are and share if they want to. They share all kinds of stuff. Their current weight loss, recipes, upsets, setbacks, questions, inspire others. It just depends. You don't have to talk if you don't want to.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
