I’m 16 days post op, how often do you work out, also what does your diet look like on a regular day?

I know this is a bad habit, but I don’t workout and I pretty much eat whatever, but my tastes have changed so I usually eat like chicken and stuff like that

I am 8 weeks out tomorrow and are 38.5 lb down. My average calorie intake since I moved to puree/soft/solids is just under 700 per day.

6 weeks out and 27 pounds down since op and before op 14 pounds during the two week liquid diet. Total lost: 40 pounds

For some weird reason, I didn’t have to do any pre-op diet, I just was NPO after midnight the day before I had surgery, I went in 309lbs on the morning of my surgery, and I weighed today at my two month post of visit and weighed 268lbs
