Get your fluids down, I keep my Yeti handy all day and try to get at least 4 30oz cups down everyday. The days I don't i get darker urine as well. Stay Hydrated my friend summer is coming...

the force is strong with me lol and apparently the kidney stones and ulcers... thats what is causing the blood in the urine... going to have to have surgery to remove them..

Never considered it but could my urine older have to do with my Vitamins, especially B12. Extra fluids lightened the color some but it is still foamy and strong odored. Maybe I should invest in PooPouri spray?
