darthvader_71 5 Posted April 25, 2018 Hiya, Has anyone experienced very dark cloudy urine out of the blue? It seems to happen on days I’m not doing good with Water or like today I spent a few hours at the beach and then came home to a few hours of yard work and I know I’m way low on H2O.. but it looks like coffee coming out? Freaky.. anyone? 1 Kbridge reacted to this
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted April 25, 2018 You need to drink more. You could be getting dangerously dehydrated. You do NOT want to end up in the emergency room. Your water bottle is your friend. 1 darthvader_71 reacted to this
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted April 25, 2018 Creekimp13 is right. You are dangerously low on fluids! It may take days to get you back to normal. 1 darthvader_71 reacted to this

bensmomclark 8 Posted April 26, 2018 You’re dehydrated! You need to drink- urine should be light yellow to clear if your getting enough fluids 1 darthvader_71 reacted to this
RapidFirePickle 119 Posted April 26, 2018 Urine that dark means your kidneys are struggling to do their job with minimal water; you can cause acute renal failure. In fact, that's the only time I've seen urine that dark; my husband was in acute renal failure from severe dehydration. 1 darthvader_71 reacted to this

GwennyPenny 108 Posted May 2, 2018 If it's very dark it can mean dehydration but can also be a sign of kidney stones. Mine went very brown looked like coffee or Cola. Maybe it needs checkedSent from my CPH1607 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 darthvader_71 reacted to this
