Mattymatt 491 Posted April 23, 2018 The first stall has arrived. For the past week I've been fluctuating between the same 2 pounds. It makes me really appreciate others that are in a stall because it certainly isn't easy so I am going to swallow my own medicine and just persevere through it. 1 Seahawks Fan reacted to this
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted April 23, 2018 It's all you can do, Matty. Be patient and stick to your program:)
Apple203 1,314 Posted April 23, 2018 Yup, good plan! It will end, and it is frustrating. I hope I can handle the next one in a more calm manner.
FluffyChix 17,415 Posted April 23, 2018 Dang! Sucks big green ones! You got this though. You're doing so well--just stay the course. Keep working the plan and carry on! (I feel your pain, though... *sniff* ((hugs and hang in there)) 1 Mattymatt reacted to this
TakingABreak 2,733 Posted April 23, 2018 @Mattymatt Its not about how fast we run the race, its about crossing the finish line! We will all hit a stall once, twice, or even more throughout our journey. Its about staying positive and not letting it send you into a downward spiral. 1 Mattymatt reacted to this
SleeveinIL 386 Posted April 23, 2018 Hang in there. I think I finally broke through my first stall - it only took 2.5 weeks and I am down to 249. First time I have been under 250 in over 5 years! I think I was so dehydrated my body was holding onto everything. Like every one says, follow the program and it will come off.

Matt Z 4,139 Posted April 25, 2018 Dealing with a "stall" myself as well, up and down over the same few lbs, BUT, my body fat has continued to decrease, so it's been much easier to deal with, love having a scale that measures body fat as well as weight, really helps put things into perspective, sure the weight might be floating up and down around the same point, but body fat is decreasing so that "weight" is muscle conversion and the solid foods in me. Just keep moving forwards!
