redhead_che 824 Posted April 22, 2018 I don't know if you have pinterest, but you can type in "arm fat workouts" or "back fat workouts" and pins will come up with pictures and exercise examples. For me personally I do a lot of bicep curls, tricep dips, overhead presses with 5lb weights and lateral arm raises.
