Hi, I'm in south Dallas hoping to get my surgery date within a few weeks. Want to incorporate exercise in my daily lifestyle anyone in the area going to the gym regularly?

LOL...all you gotta do it hit CLUB 24 in Cedar Hill or CLUB LA Fitness in Dville and trust me.....someone will help "account" for you...lol..
