What medications should I be taking now??

No surgery date yet. Just wondering if I should be taking Actigal or a certain Vitamin now while I'm finishing up my appointments and getting approved.

This is definitely a conversation to have with your doctor. No one else knows whether you're currently Vitamin deficient. Good idea to plan ahead!

My group had us start Vitamins in our 6 months of pre-op nutrition counseling.

But I remember we had to take a break from our vitamins for a week or so before surgery.

Ask your doctor/nutritionist.
