A bodybug is a device you wear on your arm. It monitors your physical activity. Along with that you can log your food online in a journal. It basically keeps track of how much you will lose. I hear they are great.

I am wearing mine for the first time today so I have no success story as of yet...when I get one, I will gladly share!!! I am very excited and motivated though if that helps at all.
