I can't believe I ate so much! Sorry if my smiley is gross, but thats how I feel right now. I made a pot of chili for dinner. Then I proceded to eat way to much....It was sooo good, that I forgot what I have inside of me.. No pb or slimming, just want some plop-plop-fizz-fizz oh what a relief it is! Shame on me. :thumbup:

i ate too much tonight too... went to Cheesecake Factory and ordered the 'skirt steak' ... i ate the entire steak... granted its thin and maybe about 7-8 ounces but OMG!!
