Guest Leslie2Lose Posted June 27, 2008 Speaking of cats - mine is just weird. She doesn't like moist cat food - won't eat fish, tuna, or chicken. What she does it (it's only kit and kabootle- that's it) she will only do if I show it to her. She will circle my feet and annoy me until I go to her bowl and say "Lily, here's your food". In the mornings I have my routine. I swear she will not touch her food unless I"m on the toilet. I have to pick her up and pet her then she'll eat it. I don't know what to do with her! Also - we have a closed cat box...she doesn't cover anything up! She will hang halfway out of the box and scratch the outside and the floor...her claws get caught on the plastic and it makes the most horrible noise. I think she has a learning disorder - seriously! Horrible memory!

Guest Leslie2Lose Posted June 27, 2008 Thanks. It just seems like everytime I get a little bit closer and I actually feel like it's going to happen, they say something or add something else that puts me in the rutts. It's just so frustrating...sometimes I wonder if they really do want us to have a heart attack or give in so they don't have to pay. Froggi - girl - I think that's it! Not the heart attack part (they might have to actually pay for some surgery then - lol), but the latter. They don't want to pay - which is why they make you jump through hoops. I think they want you to give up and forget about it...it deters so many people. I have a co-worker (bless his heart, he really needs to surgery and wants it), but the insurance company has all of those prereqs...he refused to do it. Don't give up and hang in there. I'd be an annoying thorn in their side until I was approved. ((hugs))
Gone4Now 4 Posted June 27, 2008 I have a boxer that farts smell like skunk...only worse. Sometimes she'll get up and leave the room - it's bad when the dog can't even stand it. She's not fat, though, so she either doesn't need DS, or already had it.
gweniper 0 Posted June 27, 2008 Gwen! That's is so awesome! Congrats to both of you. thanks Leslie, the surgeon told my hubby how proud of him he was and that he knows that he is a hard a$$ at times but he has to be at times. he told me he is also proud of me and encourages me to continue on. stress has over taken me this past few months but I am still losing and that is the key. just posting to post that I love cheese too but surgeon prefers us not to eat it and now it seams to want to make me slime and pb:scared2:

socalgal3 4 Posted June 27, 2008 My cat needs a Tummy Tuck. She isn't fat, but I think she had kittens in the past. She has a saggy belly! (I got her as an adult, so I don't know her history)
lessnless 1 Posted June 27, 2008 One of our greyhounds has the world's worst farts. It smells like someone reach into a pile of dogs**t and smeared it on your upper lip... Vile. It's so bad, the other dog hears him fart, and gets up and leaves the room. Isn't it funny how the smelly ones just LOVE being in enclosed spaces with you--like the potty. "I WUV U MMMUMMMMY". Pfft...

(I got her as an adult, so I don't know her history) my hippocat does too. when she runs it sways from side to side. looks like she quickly lost about 20 lbs. she never had kittens tho. she was a kitten when we got her, and she's fixed, too.
