MacMadame 81 Posted November 1, 2008 might have some skittles later on tonight I really wanted to buy Skittles. I hate Skittles. I think they are like eating plastic. But they were out. Mini-Mac took over giving out trick or treat candy and obediently gave away handfuls and handfuls like I told her too. So Mr. Mac went and grabbed some and hid it. He really doesn't get it. He says he wants to be heathier but then he constantly does the opposite of what it takes to be healthy. Does he really need an entire bag of Reese's Cups and half a bag of Peppermint Patties? Why not just take a few pieces of each? Was it really necessary to start yet another political thread. Seriously, I am about ready to say merge them all into one. Do it. They are all so tiresome. And repetitive.
luluc 6 Posted November 1, 2008 Seriously, I am about ready to say merge them all into one. head spinning - were you able to get a count of how many new ones were created in this final wk? i guessed 6 new ones would pop up.... posting - that it's suppose to get to 90 today, was 37 the other morning....crazy weather
She Smiles 2 Posted November 1, 2008 Oh Susan, if you do that I will LOVE you for ever and a day. I just don't understand how these people have so much time to write all these ginormous responses out. Passion for a cause is great, but seriously, if you're that passionate about this, go out and join the campaign team or something!! And I'm off to work. Slept terribly and will probably yell at the customers. Oh well.

tapshoes 2 Posted November 2, 2008 Catching up on Sunday morning - not as many posts as last weekend! She - sounds like a very successful shopping trip - and a new car! My 10 yr old Toyota should be good for another 5 years, right??? Susan - merging political threads - great idea or move them all to a separate forum because we KNOW they will not stop once the election is over. They will rehash, argue and regurgitate the same discussions over and over and over!!! Hallowe'en - not a single child came to the door; DH is munching his way through the minipac's of smarties, and candybars etc. Good thing I don't have a sweet tooth! They make a nice addition to his lunch, and save me from baking! LuLuc - how are you feeling? Did you run or walk? It is a beautiful Sunday morning - sun is just peeping out over the horizon. coffee is hot. House is quiet. Life is good.

MacMadame 81 Posted November 2, 2008 Swam 24 laps yesterday! I don't know how big the pool is though. They say it's Jr. Olympic size but Googles says that's not an official size. I love this gym I went to to check out. I'm trying to get the whole family to join but Mr. Mac is grumbling like crazy. It is expensive. But what's better? Going to a gym you like and spending extra money or joining one you hate, going a few times and then spending a few months worth of dues to not even go? Going to a gym you like and spending extra money or joining one you hate, going a few times and then spending a few months worth of dues to not even go? very true though... almost 2 years ago i got a GREAT deal on 3 years + 5 full trainer sessions at 24 hour fitness... it was under $400 i think... they just opened up a Lifetime Fitness down the street from me and it is nice... outdoor pool, slides for the kids, you name it.... it's quite a bit more a month... im debating on switching when my 3rd year is up.
