tapshoes 2 Posted January 31, 2009 PJTP-I bought size sixteen jeans today! I just tried them on to see how much further I had to go to fit them. Imagine my surprise when they not only fit, but are actually a little big! They weren't big enough to go smaller. Yeah!!! Congratulations!

MacMadame 81 Posted February 1, 2009 I hated my epidural too. I got pins & needles all long my legs. Yuck. Both my kids were c-sections and both were induced. I'm starting to understand the school of thought that says that inductions lead to c-sections. OTOH, LJM, I suspect both of us are people who would have died in childbirth in another era. So, compared to that, c-sections are nothing, right?

gone 4 ever 6 Posted February 1, 2009 Way to go slim! I am dreaming when I can wear any size that is in the teens. Well folks I have finally done what I should have done a long time ago. I joined a gym! My DS & DBIL had joined at the beginning of Jan. Well I went with her a couple of times last week and enjoyed it. I won't go by myself. Otherwise I would have used up the 4 weeks of free passes (to another gym) I have a long time ago. DBIL had emergency surgery in the middle of Jan. So sis asked me to go with her. That is what everybody is giving me for my b-day 1 month paid at the gym. So that takes care of four months! LOL

I won't go to the gym alone. The one person that would go with me, isn't really old enough to work out on the equipment (my 11 year old son). My DH wants us to join a gym, but he won't go with me. I won't go to the gym with anyone I know! I hate the idea of anyone that I know seeing me all red-faced and sweating. I go walking/jogging most mornings and my boyfriend has been joining me on some days. It's really sweet that he wants to share that and I won't begrudge him the exercise but I can't tell him that I really hate it when he comes with me :tongue2:. He runs faster than I do and I always end up feeling unfit, fat and frumpy when he comes.
