BethFromVA 5 Posted December 12, 2008 PJTP: I didn't get the promotion I tried so hard for. The "golden-haired" child did. I'm trying so hard not to cry like a big blubbery baby. I believe she wanted the pay and prestige more, but I really wanted the job. The big boss has been petting her and helping her all along, so it's not a surprise that she got it. (take it from someone who has not received their 'dream job' in the past then a few months later something either bad happens to the job - outsourced - or i get a better offer)...
