Thanks in advance.

Haha, jealous much of my multipost? Seriously, you guys had a post party over the weekend!

Alabama had been #1 for a long time. They got beat by a better team. Texas got jumped in the polls by a team they beat. The Big 12 championship game consisted of two teams that Texas had beat. We GOTTA get rid of the BCS system.

Last one for the day:

Just wanted to note that I finally tried the apples and Peanut Butter thing.:w00t::w00t::w00t::w00t:

Phenomenal! I cannot believe I have not tried this before. I had 4 from Thursday until yesterday. I think I could eat this all day every day.

Whoever came up with this combination should be put in the food hall of fame.

Now, I'm off to torture my body at the gym.

You ain't from the south, iz ya? :frown:

I hear celery will be difficult to eat, but peanut butter is pretty good on that too.

A prize to the first one who can pick me out in this 6th grade class photo <hint - 2nd row> One of my old school friends dug this up and posted it on fb.

Even if he's correct? After all, he's just quoting respected scientists; it's not like he came up with the theory all by his lonesome.

Pffft. Equally respected scientists have said it's a bunch of bunk, but certain government officials don't want to hear that. Why, you ask? What better way to garner even MORE control over us than they already have by creating more bogus laws based on bogus information which has no merit.

Roops... I already responded before I saw this dire warning. :frown: And even though we "went there," you still talk to me. Kinda. Sometimes. Right? That WAS me you were talking to that one day, right? *sniff sniff*

If it's any consolation, I spanked myself for you. And I promise, I didn't like it. No, really. :w00t:

Eight hundred and thirty two multi-quotes and I'm not in any one of them. I'm crushed. Was it the Algore thing?

You didn't see my following posts, didja? And here I thought I got to the point you could somewhat tolerate me. :frown:

I'm all for killing animals, cutting down trees, and using tons of oil. It's what we have it for. Okay, that was just cuz. Don't get mad at me or I may have to unleash Plain on ya.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
