I love hot chocolate and researched on the internet but could not find where to buy it. Is this something only available from a doctor, or can I buy it somewhere? Thanks.

The Heathwise brand is only sold through doctors, but there are a lot of places that have the protein hot chocolate and I think it's all made in the same place with different brand names on it. Try Nashua Nutrition or Focus 28, if you can't find Healthwise online.

I've been summoned! I hate jury duty! You show up, you get shuffled around like cattle, then you get penned in to a "waiting room" where you wait for hours just to be sent home.

At least that's how it went last time -- You'd think in a county as big as Harris County, they'd only need to pick on you once. I had to go 2 years ago and you get a 2 year moratorium before you go back into the lottery -- I guess I'm just lucky so long as there isn't any money to be won! Argh!

I too lived in Harris County, and even though there are 4.5 million people, I was getting a summons about every year to year-and-a-half.

I was able to bow out when my daughter was young and I was going to school, but by the time I had to go, I got chosen twice -- once on a six-person panel for an assault and battery which only took a couple hours, and the second time for a capital murder trial that took five days.
