MacMadame 81 Posted November 20, 2008 It's 4:30 am here. I woke up all acidy because I stupidly drank a bunch of Protein Drinks right before bed. (I was behind on my liquid and Protein for the day.) Passing a kidney stone is a lot like being in labor. You get waves of pain kind of like contractions and the drugs they give you aren't enough to handle the peak pain. Then the wave subsides right about the time they come back with the good drugs you demanded at the height.

tapshoes 2 Posted November 20, 2008 Alliemorris - glad to hear it. Do you suppose you can send that guy to shovel my driveway? It would be really handy to have that service in around 7 or so tonight. I foresee a lot of shovelling in my immediate future...

gone 4 ever 6 Posted November 20, 2008 I want snow! I miss snow. We get a little dusting every now and then. Sometimes we get 1" or 2. We haven't had a good snow in about 11 yrs. I would like 1 good snow a year and I would be happy! Especially at Christmas. 1 of our weathermen said the other night that we might have a "cold wet weather event before Christmas". Which means we will probably end up with ice if it is true. But everyone have a wonderful and blessed day.
