ginnybark 9 Posted April 20, 2018 (edited) I had gastric sleeve surgery December 18th. I have lost 50 so far, but none the last two weeks. Have started really charting everything much more closely and using this to see where I may have gone off the path. Doing better now, but have been losing a lot of time charting my meals, weight, Protein, carbs, calories, and exercise in a journal and looking up all the food info on my phone. Does anyone know of an app that makes keeping track of all of the above parameters faster that I can do on my phone? Would love suggestions! Maybe something designed for bariatric patients? Thanks for any info I can get. Edited April 20, 2018 by ginnybark

She_whirls 204 Posted April 21, 2018 I use my FitBit app to track my weight loss and BMI. It’s super helpful in being able to see trends in my losses and helps me not get frustrated when i hit a stall HW: 282.2 lbsSW: 256.4 lbsCW: 173.0 lbs
sideeye 1,440 Posted April 21, 2018 Withings scale hooked into the HealthMate app on iPhone - all I have to do is step on the scale each morning and then I can look at weight, BMI and body fat in the app later. I really like the trend line, stops me from hyperfocusing on stalls. HealthMate also tracks steps and I could probably do more with it if I bothered to look. redhead_che 824 Posted April 22, 2018 I use MyFitnessPal for food intake, Water intake, exercise, and weight tracking. I use Baritastic because it's weight tracker helps create milestones for you to reach and tells how how close you are to meeting them with percentages. I'm a visual person and I like that. I also like the journal feature they have because after surgery Constipation is unfortunately a thing and the journal lets me keep track of that... :
Czuck1983 114 Posted April 23, 2018 I use the LoseIt app, it's great for tracking weight loss, as well as logging a food journal. I have the premium membership which also allows me to track measurements and a few other extras. 1 GotProlactinoma reacted to this
