red_hatorade 2 Posted April 19, 2018 My insurance company will not cover any bariatric treatment, and thus I have been forced to self pay for my WLS. I looked into Dr Curry at Journey Lite Physicians in Cincinnati, OH, as he is the most affordable locally, but I still cannot pull $15000. I have started looking into WLS in Mexico and came across OCC and Dr. Ortiz. I am very impressed so far, and am ready to call for information, but wanted to get some recent experiences from those who been sleeved by Dr. Ortiz. Would love to hear your experiences. Thanks! HoopDawg77 8 Posted January 5, 2019 Did you ever have surgery at OCC with Ortiz? Just wondering how your experience was. I’m scheduled for surgery next week

Thanks!I've done a ton of research. I currently being evaluated by OCC. Hopefully can get schedule for May. As an R.N. I like the fact that his hospital is JCI accredited. Very important. Dr Corvala has very good reviews as well. Sent from my SM-J727V using BariatricPal mobile app
