beccaconaty87 52 Posted April 19, 2018 Well if I wasn't positive about having the sleeve done before I'm definitely going forward with it now. Was having issues with my blood pressure so I went to the doctor. I have also had chest pain since 2008 and I brought that up to my doctor. He sent me to the cardiologist which I figured that nothing would come of that. my chest pain has always been assumed as being in indigestion problem. After my blood pressure started to get higher, having heart palpitations, and chest pain my doctor decided to send me to a cardiologist. I had an echo cardiogram 2 weeks ago. They called me back for a follow up. I still thought nothing of it. Just thought maybe that they were going to tell me that I had a heart arrhythmia. Come to find out there's damage to both my left and right side of my heart. The left is because of being overweight and because of the high blood pressure but the right side is because a pulmonary as she is. The cardiologist said it was really important that I have the weight loss surgery. After I've lost 50 to a 100 pounds I have to go back in and see if that right side of the heart has improved or got worse. If it's got worse than its not weight related. I'm so scared.Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
