allwet 868 Posted April 19, 2018 (edited) 1. log your food 2. weigh your portions 3. change up your routine - does your workout still leave you in a puddle of sweat? 4. no added sugar 5. no simple carbs 6. adj your expectations and expect slower weight lose for the next year + 7.
