DMarie1983 3 Posted April 17, 2018 Today I am two weeks post op, I am down 15lbs since surgery. I started on purée/ super soft foods two days ago. Every time I ingest food I get bad pain in the middle of my chest. Is anyone else experiencing this? And tip that maybe help? Thanks [emoji4]
Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted April 17, 2018 Congrats on your weight loss so far! My guess is that you're going too fast. Think like a lazy tortoise or a sloth on Valium :-)

I guess I have to get used to going slower. I’m getting to the point where I hate eating!
