It hurts so bad and I feel like I’m ripping something every time [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] 6 days post op. Am I okay/is it okay to cough???

Hug a pillow when you need to cough. I got a cold right after surgery and coughing felt the same way for me. But someone told me to hug a pillow against my stomach and it felt much more tolerable.

Pillow is best idea—- it’s normal but hurts to sneeze or cough. I’m sure you won’t hurt anything but it’ll hurt
