Mattymatt 491 Posted April 15, 2018 I had my first experience with dumping syndrome after trying a Greek Yogurt drink. I just looked at the Protein and not the sugar content. Whoops! It's pretty unpleasant and a good lesson to learn. Thankfully, I was at home. This would've been embarrassing in a public restroom. 2 Alex Brecher and allwet reacted to this

There may be sugar from the fruit, but I always keep an eye out and keep my sugar intake under 7 grams per serving for whatever I am eating.
newmebithebypass 713 Posted April 16, 2018 For us it is 7 grams in anything not dairy simply because dairy has naturally occurring sugarsSent from my LGLS676 using BariatricPal mobile app
