Hi, I'm in Cedar Park and would love to meet up. I'm afraid I'm part of the 10% that lap band doesn't work for or hasn't worked for but I'd love to find support and a ways to help lose weight. Also, would love to find a new doctor.

I am still one visit away from my last 6 month weight loss program, hope to get a date soon for sept. I had a question about the Soups, like which ones. broth, or pre op diet and drinks , I am still reading up. I would love to meet up.

I got my surgery Lapband on oct. 22 2012 and I a very happy I did. Here have been no complications no nausea or pain. Went off pain meds by the 4 day and got back into my life by week two. Which involves running around to fe my ds to school,therphy and swim 3 days a week and laundry,dishese house Work and all meals. I get tired quickly though. Still on cream Soups and Protein Shakes. Sometimes try real food like eyes and yogurt.
