Mattymatt 491 Posted April 11, 2018 I think I'll start by adding 5 minutes on the elliptical and some added weights to my lifting routine. I won't go so hard that I hate it. I'm glad you've got my back!Smart move. If after 5 minutes more you feel like you can rock it, keep going.
