Mattymatt 491 Posted April 10, 2018 I joined LA Fitness today and I went on the elliptical machine for 15 minutes. First time in a gym in four years and it felt good just to join and go. Tomorrow, I will aim for another 15 minutes but on the bicycle to use different muscles and do something non-weight bearing. I am thinking that the gym will be kind of like AA. All I need is the desire to get activity and to just keep coming back. Simple enough, right? 4 allwet, Hop_Scotch, Aworknprogress and 1 other reacted to this

wjgo 272 Posted April 10, 2018 I still have personal trainer credits. This week I am going to restart with a personal trainer.I WILL NOT TELL HIM I HAD BARIATRIC SURGERY. I just watch reactions as I loose weight doing little exercises.Don't tell anyone you had surgery. You could make this an awesome joke.Sent from my XT1609 using BariatricPal mobile app

I wouldn't trust their trainers to walk my dog. They just seem like muscle bound morons.Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

BrandiLynn 45 Posted April 11, 2018 Good for you. I have plans tomorrow to check out a couple gyms. There is a women only center near me that sounds a little less intimidating, albeit more expensive. I could do Planet Fitness for $10 a month.
