In between snack, meals and water intake??

My instructions were to be drinking all the time EXCEPT: 30 minutes before, during (approx. 30 min), and 30 minutes after meals or Snacks. I've seen other posts where the rule was 20-20-20.

In my experience so far, I usually need to wait at least 30 minutes after food to drink, but I can go from drink to food comfortably in about 10. That said everyone is different so try different combinations until you have one that works for you.
