Feeling awful....

I know I’m lucky and I only have a 2 day liquid diet. But I feel awful!!! Is this how I’m going to feel after surgery? I’m assuming it’s the lack of calories, because I know yesterday I didn’t even hit 300!

Good luck tomorrow!!! Mine's Tuesday! The liquid diet is awful I'm on day 13. Just stay focused on the end prize ...a new healthier you!

Dam i still cant get past seeing that day 13 in your post.

i had to do 1 wk Clear Liquids both before & after surgery,finally on full liquids[emoji39]good luck tomorrow!
