I go to my second weight loss class tomorrow. I am curious how much weight others lost at their second weigh in?

I’m also going to my second visit w/nutrition. I was given a 15lb weight loss goal. I’ve only lost 7, but it’s only been 1 month. I was hoping it won’t be a problem as I still have the 2 wk pre op liquid diet?

Congrats on the 7 lb loss! Do you mean 15 lb loss total before surgery?

Yes. So I’m hoping the 2 week liquid pre op diet will be counted.
