Centrum does make an adult chewable Multivitamin. Some brands make liquid vitamins you can drink.

I was advised in my program to not take Flintstone Vitamins or gummies. Not sure how long you will be there or if it makes a difference short term.

• 3 mg thiamine (that’s Vitamin B1)
• 18-36 mg of Iron
• 800 mcg of folic acid
• 2 mg of copper
