I go through times when I feel hungry and have cravings as well. But I figured out it is head hunger vs. physical hunger. If I eliminate triggers, like food on TV, or food smells, then I go back to not being hungry. I live alone, so it's easier for me, but could you do that as well?

I tend to crave savory over sweet, but I do like Trader Joe's Cold Brew Latte Dessert Bars, they are only 40 calories

A boiled egg is too dry for me but I can do deviled eggs. that is an option.

Enlightened ice cream bar. About 80 calories, 7 grams of Protein, and about 6 net carbs. They even have about 5 grams of Fiber in them. They are a bit pricey.
