I was able to get 6 months of my weights from my dr who I go to monthly who wasn’t supervising my weights and they approved it goodluck!

I wasn’t. My doctor’s office put a fake date on the approval to spur them to get the approval in faster than adjusted it to the first day in their schedule. My surgery is May 14.
