Hey guys ... I am 5 days post op. Feeling good about 90% back to myself.. However this liquid phase is for the birds. lol I hate the monotony!!!! I am trying to muscle through it..

Full liquid diet is awful at the end.. It's so Monotonous...

I’m sorry. I’ve been sooooo busy!! I’m down to 227.5. Start weight was 241.5!! Going great!

Congratulations on that weight loss @ASHLEIGH77. How are you doing with your ESG? Doesn't seem real prevalent in Central Ohio where I live, where did you have your surgery done?
