frust8 963 Posted March 31, 2018 And who said fun was mandatory in life? Either we react to others or they react to us. We can't turn to food as shelter, we can't smother sorrow in a chocolate layer cake, lay down and give up. Some days you have to walk your blues away, reach out to the world around you, manufacture your own joy. Commit yourself to give, but even more so, commit yourself to live. In helping others you may help yourself also. Don't beat yourself up for your past, today is a new day and commit yourself to the future, no matter what tomorrow brings, you are strong and you can handle it. Give a smile to those you meet or greet along your way, you might be making their day, they might be making yours but they might travel a little way through life with you. Make your own kind of music and relish the song it brings. Take a deep breath, let it out and then go forward one step at a time into life.[emoji13][emoji149][emoji150][emoji151][emoji152][emoji149]Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
