carlab 63 Posted March 30, 2018 First time on an airplane since my January 9th surgery. I flew across the country. And I fit!! I could put the tray down. I sat in the middle and didn’t spill over into the other seats. It was such a great moment. I cried. I’m sooooo thankful I finally did this for myself. jojo2327 23 Posted March 30, 2018 So happy for you. I know that feeling exactly Before my surgery I purchase a seat extendor cause I was embarrass to ask the flight attendant for one. Last month flew to Chicago with my daughter and packed it with me. I still think after losing 90 pounds I still need it. Not only did I not need it. But had extra belt left over when I fastened it does anybody think like me and see themselves still heavy. Sw 276 CW 186 GW
frust8 963 Posted March 30, 2018 Yeah and I bet underneath I always will. Even with my modest pre surgery losses I'm seeing it and it will only be amplified later.[emoji6]Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
