nikkisayswhat 7 Posted March 29, 2018 Hello! I had gastric bypass done on 02/01, and as of this morning I have lost 47 lbs so far, does it seem like I am on track with what should be expected from this? I know I am being overly paranoid about this, but I am just a worrier by nature. I do as much as I can to make sure I am successful at losing weight, I stick to the diet they tell me, exercise, take my Vitamins, etc. But on days where I weight myself and see the scale has only gone down a tiny bit, well it makes me start to worry! aNYCdb 310 Posted March 29, 2018 I don't think anyone would be unhappy about losing nearly fifty pounds in under two months. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

aNYCdb 310 Posted March 29, 2018 (edited) You are absolutely crushing it. So much so that I would warn you not to feel disheartened if you hit a stall or a plateau in the coming months, because that level of weight loss is hard to maintain even if you are doing everything right. [emoji1] For the first time in my life I am dead serious about getting healthy and I want this to work and am doing everything I can. Since I finally care about it I just worry that my best efforts may not be enough!

Apparently my fat ass didn't quite "get" the memo about the quick and humongous results. I think it may be a reading comprehension thing--ever since I had the surgery removing my head from my ass, my ass has become very very dumb... 1 1 Kay07 and JohnnyCakes reacted to this
Kay07 734 Posted April 4, 2018 I have a feeling I’ll be a lot like you fluffy in the aspect of losing slowly. My body does NOT like to lose weight.
