goldenbarbie 329 Posted March 23, 2018 Ummm tips please! You look bomb.com hunty! How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm 5'2 and 150lbs currently and you look how i wish i looked lol. Been trying to hit the gym but it makes my fibro flare up so I'm probably going to work into yoga and just keep walking about an hour a day. You've REALLY motivated me to get these last 30lbs off. I had surgery 2 months before you, so i feel like a surgery sister lol. You're amazing. Im such a slacker compared to most of you guys. Keep up the good work girl!Sent from my SM-G925T using BariatricPal mobile appOmg thank you I’m sure you look gorg!!Okay I’m 5’7 measurements are 32-25-38. Yes I have about 20 more pounds I need to lose but it’s hard cause I snack on and off! Yes at the gym I just do treadmill and elliptical, I did yoga for months, I did Zumba a few times but I’m done with that I still be out of breath fast way too fast to deal with Zumba. I honestly just google different ways to exercise and at home exercises also. But again I realized I can go hard in the gym and do other things but I won’t lose my last pounds if I keep snacking so also look at other things that could be slowing down your last goal!! I’m still miss Protein to the T. I make sure to have eggs, yogurt or salmon atleast 2 of the 3 a day. I’m always at restaurants because I don’t know how to cook so I always get salmon or grilled chicken. Now I can eat salad so lately I get grilled salmon or chicken Cesar salads. I watch little things like dressings, Condiments on sandwiches, butter whenever I try to make eggs etc. Also drinks are a big deal. I started drinking alcohol again for the first time in over 15 months... gained 3 pounds after I went out twice and had brunch. I know it’s from those drinks (still till this day I can barely finish half of a reg plate of food). So I stopped that also. I only drink Water, maybe I’ll have some iced tea in the week but water is literally the key. Like when I’m properly hydrated I don’t feel hungry or wanna grab some Doritos. So yes it’s Little things that’s truly helped me! Water, STILL & always thinking about protein and watching my snack intake. Everybody is different but I hope these tips helped !! 4 sandra305, Schwarz64, The Dora Milaje and 1 other reacted to this

Water, STILL & always thinking about protein and watching my snack intake. Everybody is different but I hope these tips helped !! Thank you so much for that. You seem pretty normal in the way you approach things. It seems pretty natural. It's pretty much what i try to stick to. Snacking IS a problem. Especially around that time of the month. But im getting my groove back. Making more of an effort to prioritize my water and protein and trying to get in more activity. I had gone to the gym a few times with my sister but i did a lot of weights and got really sore. Maybe ill just keep it simple and stick to cardio and yoga. Thanks for the help. Keep up the great work![emoji3]Sent from my SM-G925T using BariatricPal mobile app 1 goldenbarbie reacted to this
