Premier label says "Contains Milk" in the form of Milk Protein Concentrate, according to the ingredients list. That would qualify it as low-lactose, but not lactose free. Oliviasmom1578 1 Posted March 22, 2018 I have issues with the Protein Shakes also and I am not lactose intolerant. They just don't sit well. I have started drinking the fair life milk it has 13 grams of Protein. It has helped to get my protein numbers up without have to drink the shakes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
