I want to shut off email notifications

Is there any way to turn off email notifications and keep in app notifications?

Yes. Go to the top of the home screen and locate your username and profile picture. Hit the drop down arrow next to your username, go to account settings, and choose notifications.

I did that. I went to settings/notifications/ turned off push notifications. Still getting emails

Scroll down a little further in the notifications screen. There should be three columns. The center column is the email notification. Turn that off.
