Yeeshayynn 4 Posted April 23, 2018 In the morning I start my day with 1 scramble egg around 6 am. Then around 11AM I have a premiere Protein Shake. For dinner I have grilled chicken and scrambled egg again. I was doing tuna twice a day but the heartburn was u real. I work from 6:30 Am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday so that’s my walking and exercise. I don’t really graze because I started throwing the food back up. I get down about 32 oz of Water I know it’s not enough but I am working on it. I had the gastric sleeve. I do take the Multivitamin daily and I just started taking Iron today. If I do want a snack it’s sugar free applesauce or pudding.< br> Then there is your problem. The water intake. The less you drink the more you retain. Google the whoosh effect. Actually shorty after reading suggestions I joined PF and I workout every morning before work. I increased my Protein. I have since lost 35lbs. I notice if I don’t workout I don’t loose much weight.
