Okay, so I am down just a hair over 30 pounds from my heaviest and already my butt starts to ache if I sit too long. LOL! This is a problem I am loving to have.

I’ve always had this problem even at my heaviest cuz I suffer from Asian flat arse syndrome. But it’s 100 times worse now... I bruise my own butt just sitting. It’s like my the bottom of my pelvic bones stick out from what’s left of my butt and just immediately bruise me.
