Walter.Sobchak 978 Posted March 18, 2018 Hello Peeps.How many carbs should we be taking in per day? Less than how many? I am roughly 7 months out. What should be my goal for calories and carbs? I reach for the following (Add that I do a lot of lifting): 1) 30g Carbs 2) 126g Protein 3) 52g of Fats I use MyFitnessPal to track my macros. It gives me a good idea of where I stand each day.
