New England/Canadian Maritimes?

I've heard from Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire but surely there are people in Vermont and Maine going through WLS. And I never have heard,of anyone from the Maritimes, truly i have only seen it in pictures but hope someday to see the real thing. Would enjoy hearing of your struggles and joys along the path to weight loss.

I'd like to eat or have you cater a bariatric meal. Some of the combinations you've come up with sound strange at first but the more I read they actually sound tasty. You are the Van Gogh or Leonardo DiVinci of food. And yeah, New England Clam Chowdah, ymmm! I loathe Manhattan , one time I had it NASTY.
