jessariskey 9 Posted March 17, 2018 I’m struggling with getting in 64 ounces of Water, plus 60 of Protein. I feel like it’s impossible.I see the surgeon in a few days and I’ll ask questions there but right now with the pain, the struggle to get fluids in, this seems like a giant let down. All of which I have read is very normal. When did you guys feel normal again?
Creekimp13 5,840 Posted March 17, 2018 Try pourling four little one ounce cups of Water each hour and challenge yourself to drink one ounce every 15 minutes. Alternate each hour between clear fluids and Protein Drink. You can drink an astounding amount this way, but you have to work at it all day. Every hour. 2 jessariskey and MyMojosBack reacted to this

Dabearo 118 Posted March 18, 2018 Your Protein drink counts towards Fluid goal. I literally drank from a tablespoon for days. Fresh post op. You have to get your fluid in. It gets better. liquid then protein.
