I had my surgery done on the 13th of March two days post op and I’m a bit sore but I’m getting their my 2week preop diet helped me lose 15lbs before surgery which made things simpler and had a successful surgery now it’s up to me to keep moving forward with losing the rest of the weight

Great!

I also had my surgery on the 13th.

first day was rough. Biggest problem was nausea not pain. Once I got nausea under control I was able to come home Thursday and I’m working on my diet schedule .

Doing good, just sleepy.

Still going good Francess? I've heard every day past surgery you'll feel stronger and better, can hardly wait to experience myself.

Well, yesterday was so perfect. Today I feel so full. I am getting close to finishing 2 Premier Protein shakes.

need to finish 8oz of flavored water Protein and maybe another 16 oz of Water to meet goal.
